User can't choose what to do when a conflict is found while learning characters. #1

A dialog should be displayed to the user, so he can choose to replace the
older symbol with the just processed one ("replace"), to ignore the newer
and keep the older ("ignore") or append the new result ("add").

This will involve changes in the GUI, as in the database format.

Won't be solved, it would exist a conflict if the same symbol and the same 
parameters
as one already existing are processed. If the image has the same properties, 
but the
symbol is different, it will be learned.
