申請 Travis 及 Codecov #16

要請 @ckmarkoh 申請 Travis 及 Codecov，然後把 Readme 的 Badge 改成 ckmarkoh/deepSeg 這個 repo 的，我現在因為沒有權限，所以是 fork 回去測試 Travis 的串接，現在的 Badge 是 fukuball/deepSeg 這個 repo 的，僅是暫時觀察 Travis Config 是否有正常設定好。
