[WIP] Support for Mantle #25

Mantle is a popular Objective-C model layer, why not build in support for it? :smile:

[x] ~~Implement +JSONKeyPathsByPropertyKey~~
[ ] Support generation of NSValueTransformer class methods.
[ ] Update tests to support different mappers

This is so cool. Thanks for hacking on Nidyx! I'm slammed with work right now but I'll definitely take a crack at the remaining tasks after things slow down. :+1:

Hey Josh, I never had a chance to get around to this. I don't have a use case for Mantle personally, so I doubt I'll spend time to get this working. I'm going to resolve the PR for now. Feel free to reopen it if you're still interested in getting this finished.
