I have MacVim set as default for md
files. Ctrl-Cmd-V
on a file name opens MacVim on a different file--/tmp/vim-anywhere.doc.

I have vim-anywhere installed on my MacBook. I'm a noncoding writer. I'd love to get it working. However the control+command+v key combination in my environment doesn't call vim.
