Add styling to the network timeline #163

Related to #162

Offering this up. The end goal is a more readable network feed.

I can simplify or change as needed per direction.

Hey Jeff, thanks for this! I don't really know where we're headed yet re: the overall site styling, but I'll take this as at least a temporary measure since the current state of that page is pretty rough. I'll try to find some time to make the actual functionality a bit more useful too-- I need to filter out the extra noise that the URLs related to Mastodon @-mentions are causing.

Agreed. This is a temporary measure, until a CSS guru comes along and works their magic. 🪄 😄
