Expanding on the user-follow privacy settings (#36) I think it'd be useful to be able to be able to control the visibility of a bookmark when you're posting it. I think mastodon has 'Public', 'Unlisted' (Not shown in public timelines), 'Private' (Followers only), and 'Direct' (Only mentioned users). I imagine I'd make use of a 'Public' and a 'Private' (not shared, only visible in admin view?) not sure how useful the others would be
