add link to instance homepage to actor profile #34

so that you can get from the profile on Mastodon to the website

This might not be necessary if I get #33 fixed for the /u/ actor URLs that currently just returns the JSON-- it should redirect to the instance homepage, and once that works, clicking on various links in the Mastodon UI will send you to the website.
