Use WebMercatorProjection and switch to 2D mode #2

as it now renders correctly. Also enable scene mode selection widget.

What exactly is this supposed to fix? I see it sets the map to 2D by default, but that's not the intention of this program. On my machine, when 2D view is enabled, the icon for the receiver keeps going between the middle of the map and the correct coordinates. This is probably why I turned off the scene selector in the first place.

@ckoval7 Here is the issue with text rendering it addresses:

I also agree that the car jumps around for some reason, which is likely a Cesium bug that needs to be addressed. Nevertheless, I still believe having 2D mode is handy, but not by default. So I revert that part, while enabling scene picker widget.
