Unable to run Hypertable in dev mode #144

Currently trying to upload the database test app results in this error if
Hypertable is used:

2010-01-13 16:51:13,053 soap_server:484  commit_tar: unable to commit new
app tar ball HT_ERROR:Error in put call

The error occurs consistently and has only emerged after the 1.3 release
(thus 1.3 users are not affected).

This problem only occurs on the new laptop and is suspected to be related to the
network problems on that box. Will try again now that the networking is fixed 
there.

Unable to reproduce now, suspected to be due to network issues on the machine in
question.
