Upgrade Cassandra to newest version #174

Current version of Cassandra in AppScale is nearly a year old. Need to
upgrade to newest version to get performance and API changes.

Newest version available is 0.5.0.

Tested and done. Will be in next release. Will now allow us to replace query
implementation with a more efficient one that uses range queries or batch 
queries.
