Ancestor Queries #193

Because an entity group can reside on different tables (grandparent,
parent, child all have their own table), and ancestor query will not return
the correct result. Instead, all groups of a kind should have their own table.

To bring the rest of us up to speed, could you add the following info:

1) An example of an ancestor query that will cause a problem in AppScale

2) Add a sample test app to appscale-tools/test_apps that runs the query from 
(1)

3) The output from running the application from (2) using both AppScale and the
standalone SDK.
