Fail gracefully if image doesn't support requested DB #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an image that only has memcachedb on it.
2. Run an instance of AppScale (defaults to using Voldemort).
3. There is no (3).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The tools should tell us that the DB specified isn't supported on the
target image, instead of blindly trying to run it and hanging.
