[MRGIT] Align the release process to the changes in ckeditor5-dev #159

Provide a description of the task

In https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/13950, we are working on new release tools for the CKEditor 5 project.

It would be good to update the tooling in the package to re-use these tools too.
