Load images on click instead of completely disabling them #25

I received an email a few weeks back requesting that, instead of just blocking them entirely, would it be possible to load them on click?

This makes sense, I would only want to load an image if it was relevant to what I'm doing, where I can evaluate the "cost" of the data.
