From the Settings view, a user can click on 'Change Password' and be taken to a prompt for a new password. Clicking on the button 'Change Password' from this view, however, will do nothing.
Besides not being implemented (presumably because of accounts), it appears that there isn't a check for duplicates, and typing in a different password for each of the new fields doesn't pop up an error dialogue.
