Owl: Owl snaps on rotation #19

The Owl 3rd person camera and movement work well but moving around with the camera and then snaping the owl to where the camera is looking makes the screen flicker and moves the owl all within one frame.

This has now been fixed but does need massive smoothing!

This problem is now fixed as code has been entered so right click can control rotation of owl but it creates a new problem of the rotation is too rough so I need to implement some slurp.
