Create a Google Analytics 4 Account

User Story:

As a shopper, I expect a seamless and personalized shopping experience, which can be facilitated by the brand's use of analytics to understand and improve their site.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Set up a new Google Analytics 4 account.
• Link it to our brand's new Gmail account.
• Configure the basic settings relevant to our website/app.
