Please improve usability of the TimePicker

Do you see this error in hosted mode, web mode, or both?

Workaround if you have one:

It is right now easier for a user to enter a time value in the format HH:MM
in a text box rather than clicking on tiny up/down buttons in 2 spinners.
See also the attached screenshot for how this is done in Mozilla Sunbird.
