adds BSD-3-Clause identifier to package metadata #33

the LICENSE in the repo cannot be inferred by Github (probably b/c of long author list? idk)

this PR adds the SPDX identifier to the Python package, enabling the license to be listed at https://www.napari-hub.org/plugins/napari-pyclesperanto-assistant

thanks for this PR! That's great.

Just a suggestion for the napari-hub: We do have the license classifier already here and here. Maybe, the hub could read it from there as well?

those are unfortunately not in SPDX format. There's a discussion here: https://github.com/pypa/trove-classifiers/issues/17

FYI: It was because of the line break in the author list :-)
