example_sasum crashes on FIJI windows system #179

With either 1.2 or 2.0 runtime, example_sasum will crash with "LLVM ERROR: Incompatible object format!"

Test system: OS: Windows 10 compiler: VS 2015 OpenCL compiler version: 1800.11
