Updating the travis & appveyor logic to handle:

Travis moving our build to the google GCE, which does not currently support fglrx
Khronos.org moving the cl.hpp file to a new location

Also updated main readme contents with minor edits & new links.

I think READEME.md file needs to be modified to incorporate changes suggested by Bhuvaneswari. She wants uniformity among all math libraries.
