What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start OpenNERO NERO mod
2. Adjust the sliders, for example setting the Flag slider to maximum positive
reward
3. Right click to place flag
4. Right click to set blue team spawn location nearby
5. Select Deploy RTNEAT from the external menu
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This should cause the agents to learn to approach the flag. However, because
the sliders don't have any effect until the deploy button is pressed, no
learning will take place until the sliders are adjusted again.
