Switching from one external UI mod to another does not work #141

1. Start /branches/tourney2012, NERO, create and save an NE team
2. ESC back to menu
3. Start /branches/tourney2012, NERO_Battle, load Blue and Red teams.

The external interface should be usable in both cases. In NERO_Battle it has no 
effect, but only after using the first one

I think this is fixed in trunk.
