Include link to active similar library TinyTuya #73

The great work of @clach04 continues! A fork and community driven expansion of the python based Tuya library "pytuya" is alive and well at https://github.com/jasonacox/tinytuya (additional contributors welcome!). This is a suggested README update to include TinyTuya and update TuyAPI to current 'updated as needed' maintenance per announcement from codetheweb.

Thanks @jasonacox, there is a link to tuyapi later in the readme, promoting to the top is a great idea. 👍

I'm pleased to see there is another Python library out there that is getting some love.
