Merge java code

Dear @claczny, This pull requests contains few changes:

• old unused java code was removed
• build of the application was granularized, there are additional target in top Makefile that allows to build application only for specific platform
  • make linux
  • make windows
  • make osx

• travis continuous integration script added. Currently there are 3 jobs:

  • build-linux - checks if we can compile and create VizBin-dist for linux
  • build-windows - checks if we can compile and create VizBin-dist for windows
  • test java - run unit tests for java code

  Unfortunately we cannot introduce build-osx job because cross-compilation tool that is used in the process requires SDK (https://download.developer.apple.com/Developer_Tools/Xcode_10.3/Xcode_10.3.xip) from apple that can be downloaded only from apple developer account

• I also modified README.md to show how we can build VizBin from sources. Please check it and fix my English (I'm far more better in computer languages than human languages ;))

We should also check if the application built by my description can be run on target platform. I checked it only for linux distribution, but we should do it for other as well.
