While the mapping file, meatadate.py, is meant to be readable, as we process more documents and find issues, we need to keep track of them and their evolution. Issue tickets here might be part of the solution, but a document describing issues related to the mapping of one domain that crop up from different input files will be needed as well.
These documents, one per domain, will also explain the overall strategy, not just conflicts or errors that crop up from certain input.
