Consider ramifications of Receiving data on same patient from multiple documents: do they link properly when the doc.s come from the same organizatoin? different organizations? What about overlaps?

How much of this lies outside the scope and is done int he greater CLAD OMOP world, or AoU? Don't loose sight of the fact that the HIE data doesn't make it to AoU and some of these issue aren't that big a deal.
