[ ] source control in Jupyter is in the backing code repository. Not sure if we can link code to github, or do initial import. It's not impossible to cut/paste the code in for the first time. It's not that much code just yet. Need CCDA-tools, CCDA_OMOP_by_Ptyhon,
[ ] Other files to import? Our 10 test files for sure. CCDA-data has the test files, but also oid.csv
[ ] waiting for info about how and where we will get CCDA documents from the HIE pipeline.
[ ] will need to integrate with vocabulary efforts on Foundry. Not sure how to pull data from the Spark world into Jupyter, It's likely a Spark dataframe that's easily converted. Palantir links the tools together pretty well.
We will have to be on Foundry, I expect exclusively when the PHI comes in. This doesn't mean we have to use Spark. Jupyter should be nearly as fast.
