The --dbparams flag that was introduced in #252 is a nice add-on to support SSL Keys. However, there are two drawbacks to be mentioned:

SSL keys must be passed as DER, PEM is not supported
The username has to be passed every time, even if it is passed with the user cert

Tested only on ili2pg
