Adding meta-attribute ili2db.dispname #1

Remove sun packages, umleditor don't find this package because is not supported anymore, more info at: FAQ-Sun Packages.
Migrating all files to utf-8 format and the build project (now umleditor export Interlis files with utf-8 format but to import umleditor overwrites the file to other format).
Support to "display name" from ili2db at Class, Attributes, Domains and Attributes type enumeration.
Fix unused imports.

Please provide smaller pull requests, one per new feature. Otherwise I can not spot what changed. What did you change in ehibasics.jar? Please provide first pull request there.

Why did you change the encoding of the .java and .properties files?
