Drag and drop of Enumeration Elements may freezes dialog #62

Steps to reproduce:

open UML/INTERLIS-editor
create a new Domain definition with type Enumeration
add an EnumElement and a sub-enumeration element
drag the root EnumElement onto its sub-enumeration element

Expected behavior: Nothing happens because an EnumElement cannot be added to itself.

Actual behavior: Some controls on the Domain dialog are unresponsive. The close button of the Domain dialog still works.
