Great project @claffin.

Here are a few suggestions I would like to put forth:

  1. Can you change USERNAME and PASSWORD to PROXY_USERNAME and PROXY_PASSWORD as USERNAME clashes with windows env variable USERNAME.
  2. Tag instances with a Name Tag so its possible to differentiate on the aws console.
