I'm using moloc for colocalization analysis between GWAS summary statistics of two diseases and eQTL summary data. I have a question regarding the interpretation of moloc results.
If the PPH4 value in moloc results is above 0.95, does it suggest that the pleiotropic SNP influences the eQTL, thereby impacting the occurrence of both diseases? Can this be considered as an explanation for a shared comorbidity mechanism?
