Switch font to one with small caps and add section 3.2.2 which uses them #32

Here's a stab at switching to EB Garamond from Georgia in order to get small caps and old-style numbers. And a first pass at section 3.2.2 which is about small caps and old-style numbers in text blocks. See #31.
