Can you double check the time placement of the bleach axis? #109

image The kymographs that I am generating for the single cell blebbistatin data seem to suggest that there is an approx 30 second delay between bleaching and the cell response. This would be interesting if it were the case - but the multipage tiffs that are produced suggest that bleaching occurs in the next few frames after bleaching (so 2s!). I was wondering if you would be able to check the code to determine which of these is correct? Perhaps the bleach axis shown on the kymograph is out by a multiple of 2 because of the removal of the brightfield frames?

multipage tiff for this can be found at above link (also you should have an email from google drive) It's 5 s pre-cut and 20-s post cut, and according to the tif we should already be seeing a response from the cell
