Bleach ROI changes to cyan at wrong time in Viewer #112

Exp55 Embryo 2 block 2 Frame number 60 is when the bleach starts according to the metadata accessed when pressing cmd+B on the viewer On the viewer the box turns blue at frame 30

I think the colour is correct - the frame that is marked in the CZI metadata will be the frame as it appears in sequence in the file, so depending on CZT order and the presence or absence of channels/z planes, you might get a number that doesn't correspond to the timepoint at which bleaching occurs. In this case I'd guess that there is a second channel, the planes of which are interleaved between successive T planes so that timepoint 30 in channel 2 occurs at frame 60.

Does this make sense based on the data?
