Error when trying to generate kymographs

This error appears when trying to generate kymographs for a czi with 2 channels Perhaps this could have something to do with the fact that the box colour turns cyan at the wrong time? Therefore it software appears to think that the bleach occurs at frame 30 rather than frame 60 - as then the software would think that all the frames I have selected for kymograph generation are post bleach NB the exported bleach tiff has the correct frame for bleaching to occur

Error in cziFig (line 42) gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});

Error in @(hObject,eventdata)cziFig('buttonGenerateKym_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

Does the time period selected include the bleach point?
