Allow skipping to next timepoint without saving results or images #115

E.g. in case where sample has drifted and top of the organism is no longer contained in the z stack, or where imaging artefacts have ruined the data.

It would be good to also be able to skip depth points - as I'm not convinced that the results will be meaningful if the lumen is open in the rhombomeres we are looking at. But as the lumen opens at different depths at different points, it may be possible to do some but not all of the 3 depths
