Generate early/late grouped stats automatically #119

When stats are output, generate a second spreadsheet containing stats grouped by early/late per embryo.

Embryo label should act as row labels Column labels should be: Mean IoS Early, Mean IoS Late, Median Ios Early, Median Ios Late etc.

As things stand the software is only aware of embryo age relative to the start frame; need to prompt user to input the hpf for the first frame in order to have hpf assigned properly for each time point

In fact, each embryo is in a different folder/timecourse so output needn't be by embryo. Instead, label rows as early/late and have same column headers as in standard output.
