Just so I don't spam you on facebook whilst you are at work, I just wanted ask a couple of questions:

1) What is t = 0 for when I am inputting the age of the embryo at the start of the imaging?

2) I assume you are already aware of this, but in the embryo that I uploaded the current rhombomere boundaries seem to be on an angle screen shot 2017-12-21 at 14 26 49

Also - this error message came up when I tried to go to the next timepoint - but worth trying again once the code is finished
