For the stats on each technique, I think the best thing to do is a paired data comparison. In this case, I would need the number of 'good', 'noise', 'misassigned' and 'no edge' kymographs per embryo. If this is simple to code in, please can we create this? Also might be worth having 'not QC'ed' as well to check that I didnt miss any
