Problems with new export #34

1) The 'overlay fitted line and speed' does not display the new speed calculated from the manual edge detection

Random manual speeds included in export when I have not done any manual speed calculations for all kymographs apart from those with no edge. The "manual speeds" are different to those shown in the speeds column

I think that these random speeds may related to the last manual speed calculated

Inclusion data does not import colours onto the graphs (and export of the inclusion data does not include updated speeds- see issue #33 ) - even with inclusion data newly created today

Also- can get bizarre display of graph, as in image below, which does not show all the kymograph positions along the cut. Pressing the arrow keys can still allow the movement between kymographs in this case screen shot 2016-10-14 at 14 34 06
