Just FYI- the 'duplicated' data for embryo 7 is not identical (if you click on the image you should be able to read the spreadsheet)
I tried to update the speeds and then export to excel and the following error came up
Warning: Out of range or non-integer values truncated during conversion to character.
In viewerMain>parseForXLExport at 1163 In viewerMain>exportWizard_Callback at 967 In gui_mainfcn at 95 In viewerMain at 42 In @(hObject,eventdata)viewerMain('exportWizard_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))
This was unable to add any speeds to the E7C1, and a new duplicate file appeared in the new export
Something really weird is happening with embryo 7- I have done an extensive test on several embryos to try and work out what the root of the problem is- but whatever it is it appears to be specific to E7 I can't spot anything obviously different about E7 compared to the other ones
Contains data used for above troubleshooting and the 4 exported files (export A - export D) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B5BMTPgxKjfcYm1saXZmVXBVaEE?usp=sharing
Something really strange is happening with one of the embryos: 1) first noticed something was strange when the colours on the graph did not automatically update after doing manual edge detection
The graph spot remained light blue instead of dark blue.
2) Tried doing the export, but these spots still remained labelled as 'misassigned' with the manually calculated speeds not in the export
3) Then realised that there were also values missing from the speed column (for the automatic calculation). Tried 'update all imported speeds' but the export remained the same.
4) This is weird because the 'overlay fitted line and speed' shows the values calculated
5) Have uploaded data to https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B5BMTPgxKjfcMjUxMjlqWThjeUk?usp=sharing
