*URGENT changes to max etc speed calculations in export #53

The exported excel sheets currently determine the means etc for speeds and manual speeds separately. These need to be grouped so that the manual speeds are taken from those I assigned manually, and the speeds are taken from those assigned as good, to give one overall mean/max/median

FYI: for reference- JonFilt should group together speeds from both up and down (kymographs outside of the cut area should be removed) InsideCut filt - this should just take kymographs from inside of the cut (as determined by fractional position) for the up and down sides separately

NB: once this is done I need to check the means etc calculated, as I was getting different answers to those displayed in the sheet
