csv files are not being saved in correct columns #59

FYI: I know the current csvs are the initial part of a potential new way to save -but thought it might be useful for you to be aware about the strange way the data is currently inputted into the columns

Though strangely, some of the .csv files, such as "210716 normal FINISH" seem to have saved fine. Perhaps its the case that importing inclusion data is what causes problems?

Caused by commas in cells - run strrep to replace commas in records with ";" before export
