strange file import and export occuring on the 270716 data

HAve highlighted the data in testing.xls

e.g. for E1 you will see a version that has the QC on it, and then a second non-identical duplicate that says all the data has not been QCd

So just to clarify the steps: 1) Opened 270716 data 2) Imported the inclusion data (270726 early ALL EDIT) - sharing google drive link above 3) Exported the data: strange duplication present in export (export called testing). NB this duplication is not present in the initial imported file (early ALL EDIT)

IMPORTANT: in the viewer E1 and E6 are labelled correctly as manual etc HOWEVER when you look at the manual lines and speeds they are NOT correct, and instead the computer generated edges and speeds are present. Weird!

BTW these are not the same embryos that I had to redo previously

NB- important to read above comments as well

Unsure why the export initially truncated half way through E9 and didn't include E9b. These are the last embryos to be QCd. (image below just to show that these embryos are at the end in the viewer) Had to delete the truncated values for E9 before the viewer started exporting the data again

With new fix, duplicates are not present and export is not truncated

Unfortunately, I have found a similar issue in the 290716 embryo set E13C1, only some of the data points import correctly. This one is strange as part of the data imports correctly, and the other part doesn't Way it manifests in kymo: Have manual blue highlight on the graph (showing its manual), but the highlighting above the kymographs is not present and the edge is the incorrect one screen shot 2016-12-22 at 12 41 31

Let me know if it would be useful to attach the data for trouble shooting: in any case, I will have the data with me at home (since I guess you might need a mac)

Also (typing it on here so I don't forget) remind me to check that this is not a word version issue when I get home (as I think E13 exported fine on my laptop last night- but need to double check)
