Bug when trying to open embryo in viewer

Currently seems to be specific to E19C1 - so don't worry about this for now screen shot 2016-12-23 at 10 39 32

After pressing ok on error message, part of the embryo has been successfully loaded into the viewer

Bug caused matlab to quit - will remove embryo from data loaded into viewer for now
