Enhancements to cziFig: bleach data

For analysis of bleach data: 1) Is it possible to put a blacked out region in the kymograph at the time point when bleaching occured? (or something similar - perhaps a blue line?)

2) Change analysis so can choose to only do quantitative calculation after bleaching

3) Set default median filter size as 1

4) Check that both median filtering and erosion/dilation are definitely turned off by setting median filter size to 1

5) Ability to change kymograph widths in user settings

(double check y axis (position relative to cut) is correct and scales with changing pixel sizes)

?? How easy would it be to draw more than one line in an image- to be able to look at bleached basal, apical and unbleached basal

(also - is there a way to show which way the up and down kymograph settings will be, before starting the analysis?)

When I move slider date and embryo number go back to preset data

Is there a way to minimise the files popping up from matlab? Don't worry if not easy- but think we already managed to do this for kymbase
