Ability to change before and after time for tifs in cziFig #90

... I've changed my mind after lots of tif saving this afternoon... If possible and it won't take too long, it would be great to have a pop up in czi fig that asks how long before and after the cut to create the tifs for (and if it's possible to enter different times for before and after that would be amazing)

p.s. would also be great for it to default to the previously used settings as you suggested previously
