Is it possible to add something to the tif movie produced to show what frame the bleaching happens just before? (i.e. the first frame post-bleaching)
e.g. a small square at the top LH corner of the tif, or the ROI box changes colour for that frame? Or a rectangle appears and remains for the frames post-bleach. Would just be really helpful when playing the movies to people if they could easily determine when the bleach occurred
